Today Burroughs had Meet the Teacher hour when all the kids come in, find their lockers, desk and meet their new teachers. Mazie found her desk where she is sitting in a group with another girl and three boys.
The 1st grade has a pretty thorough schedule.
Mazie also has her own locker for the first time this year.
It’s going to be a fun year in 1st Grade, even though Mazie looks like she’s holding on to Tammy for dear life here!
Mazie hung out at my office briefly today while waiting to connect with Grandma Rosalin to go to a Twins game. She had fun with the whiteboard.
“Mazie is working. Please keep out.”
She followed that one up with another.

Mazie and I went shopping at REI and got her setup for some outdoor fun this summer.
Pink, Red, Purple, Yellow, Violet, Black and Orange. And White, Dark Blue, Green.
Mazie got her spring haircut from my Aunt Susie in Lignite, ND. She has run her own salon, A Cut Above, for years now and gave Mazie her first haircut.
